GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS:
  1. Complete 240 Semester Credits
  2. 2.0 minimum GPA after 4 years
  3. Complete 45 hours of community service
  4. Proficiency in Computer Skills
  5. Meet Subject Requirements listed below

California State University and University of California systems Subject Requirements

Beginning Fall 2003, freshmen applicants must complete the same pattern of 15 units of required high school courses to be eligible for the California State University and University of California (to be referred to as “a-g”). A unit is equal to one academic year or two semesters. Those courses are:

  1. History / Social Science
    - 2 years required
  2. English
    - 4 years required
  3. Mathematics
    - 3 years required
    - 4 years recommended
  4. Lab Science
    - 2 years required
    - 3 years recommended
  5. Language Other than English
    - 2 years of the same language required
    - 3 years recommended
  6. Visual and Performing Arts
    - 1 year required
  7. College-Preparatory Electives
    - 1 year required
